Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE,  due to business compensation via time and place holding.

(Trip cancellation) Notice must be given 70 days prior to trip departure. Persons will be refunded half of their paid balance (NONREFUNDABLE) Deposit (tickets and or other events paid for via secondary companies are nonrefundable).

Absolutely, we aim to make our deposit your biggest installment, so you can comfortably make small payments till trip departure.

(Late Payments) Communication is key, we understand "Shit Happens". In the case of extenuating circumstances exceptions can be made. With no notice persons will be given a three day grace period prior to a $40 penalty added to late payment. 

Part of our mission is to challenge our guest and encourage new friendships. And....... putting two strangers in a room for a crazy weekend will only build memories and a timeless bond.       "So......... yes" 

The only thing we guarantee, in our price is room and stay! With that in mind, each trip will vary with private chefs, excursions and or other events.  

If two payments are missed, you have breached our agreement on a scheduled Payment plan. Therefore you have forfeited your spot and will be replaced with persons on waitlist.
